I'm not happy with my order

We're sorry you are not happy with your Oobees order. If you find it necessary to return your order, you may do so within 45 days of receipt. Please follow these simple instructions:

1. Securely package your order and fill out the return. Please explain why you're returning your order. You may download a return form here.

In order to view, fill out, and print the downloadable return form, you will need to have ADOBE Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have ADOBE Acrobat Reader, you can download it here.

2. For your protection, we suggest return shipment via UPS, U.S. Mail - Insured or Priority Mail, or another traceable method. Oobees cannot be responsible for return merchandise lost in transit to our warehouse. Sorry, shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is deemed to have a manufacturer's defect.

3. We'll process your return or exchange once it's received and either credit your charge card or send your requested replacement.

My item is defective.

You can return the item directly to us for inspection. If we determine it is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the item with the same style, or if unavailable, you may choose another style or we can issue a refund. Should we find that your item is not defective, it will be mailed back to you.

How will my order ship?

All orders will ship either UPS or USPS. Orders shipped USPS will ship priority mail with a 2-3 business day delivery time. Larger orders will be shipped UPS ground can expect 7-10 business days for arrival. For an additional charge, you can choose to expedite your shipment. Orders placed requesting expedited service must be placed before 2:00 PM MST.

Can I place an order if I am outside the United States?

At the present time, we cannot accept orders for Oobees products from outside of the United States. We hope to have this option available in the future.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped and will include a tracking number so that you can track your order online.

Can I pay by check or money order?

We currently cannot accept payment by check or money order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How can I shop online?

Browsing and searching are made easy with the navigation tabs at the top of our home page. You can select "Let's Shop!" to see a collection of the latest styles and sizes, as well as other great products to choose from.

You can easily add or remove items from your shopping cart and then view your selection prior to submitting your order.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes, please call 1-800-599-4980 to purchase a gift certificate. A representative will process your order and mail your gift certificate to you or to whomever you would like!

How long does the return process take?

We quote 3-4 weeks turnaround time to allow for shipping and inspecting your item(s). We will make every effort to expedite your exchange or credit.

How do I care for my shoes?

Oobees are designed for indoor and outdoor use. However, Oobees are not machine washable. We recommend using a damp cloth or a baby wipe to spot clean if they become soiled. Obviously, care should be taken to not enjoy mud puddles or extreme wet conditions in your Oobees!

Training your Oobees.

When you first put on your Oobees, you will experience pure foot pleasure! As hard as it is to believe, after a couple of days your Oobees will feel even better, and be even easier to walk in, as your foot molds into the foam padding.
